To determine the efficacy of planned modifications, more time and experimentation will be required. Bungie's primary goals are to promote additional strategic alternatives in all modes and to bring some of the less-used Exotics back to life.

Titan Exotic armor modifications

Icefall Mantle-provide fast stasis kills and an increasing increase to the damage dealt by stasis weapons. Activating a class ability delivers the maximum tier benefit.

Pauldrons with Doom Fangs - provide quick Void kills and an increasing increase to Void weapon damage. A melee kill in the Void awards the maximum tier bonus.

The Burning Steps Path - Killing someone with a solar grenade awards the maximum solar weapon damage boost.Avatar of Eternity – Instead of lasting just 10 seconds, the Arc weapon damage boost for after a Super finishes now lasts 30 seconds.ACD/0 Feedback Barrier - The Armor Charge system is now integrated with this exotic. You suffer less melee damage when you have an Armor Charge, which is awarded by melee strikes. Taking melee damage causes opponents to jolt and produce destructive Arc energy. Your Armor Charge is then depleted, and the damage increased according to the amount of Armor Charge stacks depleted.Heart of Hades – To make this Exotic Armor stand out from the comparable Heart of Inmost Light, Bungie is giving it some extra attention. The removal of base energy from Solar powers is accompanied by a perk that lets players produce additional Sunspots.

Changes to Hunter Exotic armor

Knucklehead Radar - All current benefits are still available, and Foetracer's Relentless Tracker benefit is now stackable. Targets will be highlighted, and targets with low health will be more vulnerable to further harm.

Foetracer - A complete redesign is made to this helmet, including the capacity to provide a weapon damage boost while using an ability to deliver damage. For this to trigger, the weapon damage type and the subclass damage must match. Depending on your subclass, defeating opponents who have been harmed by abilities will additionally produce Ionic Traces or Firesprites.

Fortunate RaspberThe current mechanisms remain same, but now the jolted effect that injures adversaries will also give you a consistent boost in grenade energy. It's simpler to handle now that it's not dependent on the chain's size. Additionally, Overload Champions will now be stunned by the grenades without the need for a pre-requisite condition to be met.Survival Hands –The prior nerf on balance has been undone.

Changes to Warlock's exotic armor

Verse of Astrocyte - When you Blink, enemies close to you become unstable. Super energy is no longer used by the Dark Blink ability for the Nova Warp Super. Geomag StabilizersWearing this Exotic will give Guardians more Super energy when they pick up an Ionic Trace.Sacred Dawn's Wings Those who like this exotic should find this quite appealing. With every kill, solar weapons automatically reload from reserves, including the holding weapon, while pointing down sights. Players will be able to stay in the air for longer during overhead attacks thanks to this.Winter's Wisdom- This Exotic has that chilly, killing vibe to it as enemies engulfed in your Penumbral Blast melee will now automatically shatter after a brief wait. If nothing else, using it for enjoyment should seem more fulfilling.Screenshot sourced from Bungie
