Having a weapon is one thing, but it can never function to its fullest capacity without attachments and accessories. Once Human has a plenty of options, however the majority of the greatest weapon attachments must be found in their designated areas.

Broken Delta

Since here is where Once Human begins, it's an excellent spot to start gathering different attachments for your equipment. This page contains 10 weapon attachments.

1	Vertical Grip	Rifle	To the east of the Gaia Cliff Monolith, you will find a barrier on the ground by the base of the rocks. Use a weapon with a fire element to destroy the barrier to grab this weapon accessory in Once Human.
2	Cobra Grip	SMG	South of the High Banks settlement, you will find this puzzle just in the grass, off the side of the road. Investigate the camera there, and mimic the emote it does. You need to mimic the pose before it disappears.
3	Recon Combat Optic	Rifle	Just south of Lakeheart Camp, you will find some floating cars. Here, you can interact with the parking meter to start a timed challenge to climb to the top of them all. Doing so within the time limit will award you this weapon accessory in Once Human
4	Small Brake	SMG, Rifle	In the south of Broken Delta, there is a small island south of Meyer’s Market. To gain access to this accessory, you must first interact with the Mysterious Painting located in the south of the High Banks settlement.
5	Mid-Range optic		On the west shore of the lake by the Sunbury settlement are some stone ruins with some door frames standing. Interact with these to begin the puzzle. You must go through the doors in order of Orange, Purple, and then Black.
6	Osprey Supressor	Pistol, SMG	Southeast of the Hearst Mudflats, look for a blue square surrounded by orange cones. Stand inside the cones and activate the mission. Look towards the broken billboard and, while staying within the cones, move your view until the billboard lines up.
7	Light reflex sight	Pistol	Southeast of Sutherland Chemical Plant, head into the graveyard and look for the stone statues on the platform. Here you can activate the challenge by interacting with the purple gravestone. You need to turn all the statues facing inward to unlock the weapon accessory chest in Once Human.
8	Tactical Flash Hider	Pistol, SMG, Rifle	Just to the west of the Sutherland Chemical Plant, you will find this lily pad challenge. The accessory can be picked up on the water by jumping across the lily pads.
9	Mini Reflex Sight, Small Infrared		Along the southern coast of Broken Delta, you will find a set of roadsigns to shoot. This will unlock the weapon accessory in Once Human. The area is to the east of the Ship Graveyard.
10	Front Guard Grip	SMG, Rifle	South of Lakeheart Camp, you will find a balloon floating above the road. Shoot the balloons quickly to unlock this next accessory.

Iron River

We discover a ton of weapon attachments and accessories as we approach Iron River. Iron River has 10 weapon attachments to gather, much as Broken Delta.

1	Short Suppressor		To the east of the Greywater Industrial Zone, look for the hill that overlooks the Greywater Camp. Here you will find a camera that you must investigate. Watch for the emote your duplicate makes and mirror it before it disappears to unlock this attachment in Once Human.
2	Integrated Compensator	SMG, Rifle	On the ridge, just to the west of the Widing Ridge Farmland, you will find another camera to interact with. Mirror the duplicated emote to unlock this attachment.
3	Tactical Pistol Mag	Pistol	On the road leading north of Highland, look for the cones on the ground. Stand inside these and look for the broken billboard. While standing inside the cones, line the billboard up.
4	Tactical SMG Mag	SMG	Leave Rippleby and head west. Here, before you reach Wind Farm, you will find some vines. Burn these with a Molotov to receive the next Attachment in Once Human.
5	Amended Pistol Mag	Pistol	At the Ricci Securement Point, head into the north building. On the ground floor, in the southwest corner, there is an investigation point. Interact with this, then head into the room next door to interact with the securement unit containing a deviation. Then, look up to the left and locate the doll. Look back to the deviation to unlock the next Attachment.
6	Large Laser Sight		Northeast of Clifton, there is a small lake. Jump across the lily pads.
7	Back Guard Grip		South of East Blackfell Junction, look for the small lake. Jump across the Lily Pads to unlock this attachment in Once Human.
8	Reflex Sight		Just southeast of East Blackfell Junction, there are a number of doorframes and some rubble. Interact with them and read the riddle on the door. Walk through the doors in order to complete the challenge.
9	Light optic		Just north of the Dayton Hospital, you will find a painting beside the road. Interact with this and then make your way to the road leading north out of Mirage Monolith. Here you will find the crate containing the next weapon attachment in Once Human.
10	Fastened Mini Reflex Sight	Shotgun, SMG, AR, LMG	East of the Refinery Pollution Plant you will find a car climbing time trial.

Red Sands

You can find a total of 11 weapon accessories and attachments in the Northeast of Once Human.

1	Extended Rifle Mag	Rifle	Right on the border of Red Sands and the Blackheart Region, above the Forsaken Monolith, you will find a lilypad jumping puzzle on the river.
2	Large Brake	AR, SR, LMG	To the east of the Forsaken Monolith, you will find another billboard puzzle. Stand in the area and look towards the billboard. Line it up to receive the Once Human Weapon Attachment.
3	Extended Brake	AR, LMG, Shotgun	To the east of Securement Silo PSI, you will find a balloon puzzle along the road. Pop them in the time limit.
4	Integrated Suppressor	AR, Sniper Rifle	Just south of Evergreen you will find vines that must be burnt with a Molotov.
5	Precision Optic	M700, AWM, M82A1	Follow the road southeast of Blackfell. You will notice cones on the ground. Stand in these and line up the broken billboard.
6	Tactical Rifle Scope	Shotgun, Rifle, SMG	South of Blackfell, there is a teleportation tower on a ledge. At the foot of the ledge, you will find a painting. Collect this and head to the road leaving the north of Blackfell. Here you will find the Once Human weapon attachment.
7	Hammer Compensator	AR, LMG	East of Securement Silo Theta, you will find a balloon puzzle. Pop them in time to get this accessory.
8	Tactical Laser Sight	SMG, AR, SR, LMG	Northwest of Fort Eyrie you will find vines that must be burnt with a Molotov.
9	Precision Rifle Scope	Rifle, SR	Northwest of the Red Sands Dangerzone, you will find a graveyard puzzle. Look for where the statue appears to be missing and stand in the location.
10	Integrated Laser Sight	Pistol	South of Securement Silo Theta, you will find a glowing rock just to the west of the Teleportation tower. Throw a grenade at it to unlock the Once Human weapon mod.
11	Multi Use Shotgun Suppressor		East of Securement Silo Theta, head over two roads until you find a camera standing out in the open. Look through it to see your double doing an emote. Copy that emote.

Region of Blackheart

You are in the Blackheart area, which is directly to the north of the map and is home to .Nine distinct attachments for weapons in the book Once Human.

2	Tactical SR Mag	SR	South of the Falcon’s Perch Frontier, you will find a glowing rock that must be blown up with a grenade to unlock this weapon attachment in Once Human.
3	Large LMG Drum Mag	LMG	West of the most eastern Teleportation Tower, you will find vines that need to be burnt with a Molotov.
4	Large Optic Sight	SR	Just west of the White Cliff settlement, you will find a camera. Use this camera to watch your duplicate do an emote. Match the Emote to unlock the next Once Human attachment.
5	Compact Infrared Indicator	Shotgun, SMG, AR, SR, LMG	West of Sunshine Farm settlement and up the mountain, you will find a balloon challenge. Shoot them all in the time limit to unlock this attachment.
6	Tactical Combine Grip	SMG	South of the White Cliff settlement, you will find another balloon puzzle.
7	Forward Flash Hider	SMG	First, access the painting located on the southern border, above Securement Silo Theta. Once you have interacted with this head east from White Cliff Frontier to complete the puzzle.
8	Extended Pistol Mag	Pistol	Head east from the Teleportation Tower south of White Cliffs. Here, you will find light-up door frames. Head through the Blue door.
9	Weighted SMG Mag	SMG	Just north of the White Cliff Frontier, you will find lilypads to jump across on the river.

Chalk Peak

Ten additional attachments and accessories for weapons is located in the map's Chalk Peak area.

2	Light Rifle Mag	AR, Rifle	Head east from the Believer Colony. Midway to Tall Grass, you will find a camera that shows a mirror image of yourself doing a pose. Copy the pose to unlock the next weapon attachment in Once Human.
3	Folding Bipod		North of the Gaia Military Base, by the walls, you will find a box that needs to be freed from vines using a Molotov.
4	Amended SR Mag	SR	Northeast of the Evergreen Vineyard, you will find a location beside the road where you must line up the view of the Billboard.
5	Small Laser Sight	Pistol	Look for the hospital in Paisley Plaza. First, answer the phone. Head towards the light at the end of the hall and enter the room on the left. Here, move the trash bin, IV pole, and monitoring device and leave.
6	Calibrated LMG Drum Mag	LMG	Southwest of Greenlake Hill along the road, look for the cones marking the spot where you will have to stand and line up the view of the billboard.
7	Small Compensator	Pistol	Southwest of Furnace Lair, you will find a glowing rock in the green grassy field. Blow it up with a grenade.
8	Triangle Grip		North of Hilly Homestead, you will find some empty doorframes. Activate the challenge and then walk through the door in order of blue, orange, and yellow.
9	Shotgun Brake	Shotgun	Look for the hospital in Paisley Plaza. First, answer the phone. Head towards the light at the end of the hall and enter the room on the left. Here, move the trashbin, IV pole, and monitoring device and leave.
10	Sealed Reflex Sight	SMG, AR, LMG, Shotgun	In the Mining Town, head to the second floor of the hospital. Here, you must answer the phone and head to the light at the end of the corridor. In the room on the left, move the sink and the water jug and leave.

Dayton Marshes

In Dayton Wetland, there is only one weapon attachment. to locate in Once Human. This is east of Throughville and is a Shotgun Brake. In the field, it's a door challenge. Go through the doors in Blue, Green, and Yellow order after activating the challenge.
