Despite merely being a blue rarity (Rare) item, the Tow Hook Cannon seems much less common than that. As one of the greatest weapons in the game, the Nitro Fists are still a great option if you insist on utilizing anything out of the ordinary.Additionally, you may get certain lethal Mythic weapons by fighting particular NPCs scattered across the terrain.
