Similar to previous HoYoveres games like Genshin Impact, Zenless Zone Zero takes the same route. in that the game has a lot of gacha elements. Similar to the developer's earlier games, ZZZ has three currencies that need your attention. They could be perplexing. Everything seemed daunting the first time I played because of the currencies. Therefore, this article will explain all the currencies in Zenless Zone Zero so that you don't have to go through what I did.
Zenless Zone Zero: An explanation of all currencies
This will be known terrain if you're coming from Genshin Impact or Honkai Star Rail. But like me, you may be wondering what each one really stands for.The ZZZ should be inaccessible due to its abundance of currencies, yet the aforementioned games have shown us otherwise. As a result, ZZZ is now among our most anticipated games of 2024.
What is the meaning of all the money?
What then does each money represent? You could inquire. Initially, there are three that you should be aware of. I'll go over each one so you can understand where to find it and what it's used for. ZZZ won't seem like a hardship when you play in this method.- Dennies: This is the main free currency that you’ll be earning in the game. Think of credits in Honkai Star Rail. They act the same way. You can buy a lot of in-game items with this currency. To earn Dennies, simply play ZZZ. Do the missions, Combat Simulations, and more. It’s the easiest currency to generate in the game.
- Investigator Logs: Since ZZZ features a colorful cast of characters, this currency benefits this feature of the game. Investigator Logs allow you to upgrade a character that you’re using. To obtain this currency, you need to be playing in the Combat Simulator. You can also earn an even higher tier of Investigator Logs by going into the Residual Signal Exchange, or you can play the story. They seem to unlock as you progress through ZZZ’s main missions.
- Film: This is a little more complicated currency since it’s tied to ZZZ’s gacha system. The game features Standard Banners and Limited Banners. Film can be used to obtain Standard Banners which result in Master Tapes. Those Master Tapes help unlock new characters, Bangboos, and more. To farm Film, you can get them through Commissions. These are earned by playing above average in the missions and doing all the side quests. You can also get them during the many events. The easiest way to earn them is by doing the Video Collection. You rewatch the cutscene and redo the combat from the mission. If you get a three-star which is perfect, one of the rewards could be Film.
