The official Netflix debut of Cyberpunk 2077 anime adaption named Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is scheduled for September 13, according to information released by CD Projekt Red. Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, an animated series by the venerable Studio Trigger, will debut all ten episodes at once, saving fans from having to endure excruciating waits between episodes. The official Cyberpunk 2077 YouTube channel also released a new video showcasing the series' unique aesthetic and stunning animation in conjunction to the news of its debut. Just be aware that the trailer features a good deal of gore and graphic sexual content before you watch.
Over the years, at least a few of the main players behind this series have contributed to some immensely popular IPs. For example, the show's director, Hiroyuki Imaishi, has also directed the more contemporary Promare and the classic anime Gurren Lagann , as well as Kill la Kill . Though its original material has been associated with a great deal of controversy, Cyberpunk: Edgerunnersseems to be a really chic and enjoyable ride. And hopefully, the debut will be a success.
