Assuming you have previously explored the capital, you will encounter the East Capital Rampart, a Site of Grace. Run past the crowds after that until you get to an elevator.

Take the elevator to the next room, where you'll discover a ladder and an enemy Fire Monk. In Elden Ring, ascend the ladder to the top of the structure to get your first Seedbed Curse.

Turn left in the sewers, ignoring the rats. Step up the ladder and past the Poison Flowers.

Make sure you are capable of handling the many Spider Hands that are coming to ambush you above.

From here, you ought to be able to view the Dung Eater's jail. Tell him to go by using the Sewer Gaol Key.

You're not quite done. The Dung Eater is gone if you travel back to Roundtable Hold. Rather, a message appears that reads, "I'll defile you next." Approach the outside moat.

This neighborhood is located in Leyndell's northern outskirts. The Dung Eater will attack the pond with a slope route heading there. Be cautious of his Cursed Skulls and the other hordes in this area. You will get the Sword of Milos and a Furlcalling Finger Remedy upon defeating him.

You may need to quickly go back in time or reload your most recent save if this doesn't work.Take note: In actuality, the game has six Seedbed Curse artifacts. Regretfully, one necessitates doing an NPC mission that is really simple to overlook. All you have to do now is keep going forward to defeat Leyndell Ashen Capital and Crumbling Farum Azula. A monument of the Broken Marika may be interacted with after defeating the game's boss. To see the Blessing of Despair hidden ending in Elden Ring, choose the Fell Curse Mending Rune.First of all, There is a manhole near the Leyndell Ashen Capital Site of Grace if you are doing this mission much later, that is, when Leyndell is already completely buried in debris and wreckage. This leads to the Underground Roadside, where the Crimson Amber Medallion +2 may be obtained. But be aware that altering Leyndell's layout may also render certain locations unusable (such as the elevator that contains the first Seedbed Curse and the Fortified Manor). You shouldn't have any issues if you took them earlier. However, because you'll need five Seedbed Curses for this ending, you're out of luck if you missed out on any of those two.Observation 2: You will not be able to pick other endings once you have accessed the Flame of Frenzy/Three Fingers' chamber.
